Born in Kalambaka in Greece, Lio moved to Korea at the age of 15 after his mother's death from a housefire. Since then he has been the leader of the most notorious gang in Seoul. He began killing humans instead of animals, craving it more and more with each kill, giving him the title of the biggest serial killer in Korea.

They went through mutiple foster homes, before his 18th birthday having enough and running away with his younger sister Salem. The siblings were later found by Lio who found them sleeping on the street and took the pair in, Myers being the surgeon and personal doctor for the Kim gang.Myers soon became addicted with the idea of killing from their brother, soon becoming Lio's second in command and after each of Lio's killings would dissect the body's or even going as far as to killing some theirself in horrendous and inhuman ways. He changed his name to Myers after joining the gang.
